A delightfully modest pottery studio & workshop designed for a very talented ceramic artist client. The design brief was to create a simple, cost effective, light filled, single storey studio for the clients personal use & to host one to one & group workshops. Views of the adjacent garden & surrounding landscape were important aspects of the design to promote the wellbeing of visiting students. Such is the popularity & success of the studio, the teaching space now doubles up to showcase the clients & students work.
