Located in a semi-rural, very visible village location, the scheme was conceived to provide additional living accommodation for a client with a young growing family. Key design priorities where the visual & physical connection to the rear private garden from both ground & first floors. Reflecting the scale & proportions of the host dwelling the extension provided a clearly contrasting contemporary solution utilising standing seam pre-weathered zinc cladding, aluminium glazing & red facing brickwork.
