A fantastic project working with an inspiring client, who wanted to achieve a new self-build ‘passivhaus' to replace their outdated single storey family home. As part of the site master plan a residential annexe was also to be designed & constructed to provide multi-generational living. Embrace Architecture provided pre-planning advice, full planning submission & discharge of planning conditions for the project, alongside coordinating construction information & detailing for the clients use during the self-build.
